Service Description
This practice, designed to support feminine health - aligns the body with the wisdom of the elements while promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual balance, especially for the reproductive system. Herbal Steam Infusion - Carefully selected based on the individual's needs and the desired energetic support from the elements. Herbs like mugwort, rosemary, lavender, chamomile, and calendula are chosen for their cleansing, soothing, and balancing properties. Each herb corresponds to one of the natural elements, aligning with its healing power: Earth, Grounding and stabilizing herbs that promote deep connection and support fertility. Water, Cooling and hydrating herbs that support emotional flow and reproductive cleansing. Fire, Warming herbs that invigorate circulation, energy, and reproductive vitality. Air, Herbs that uplift and support mental clarity, emotional release, and spiritual connection. Sacred Space and Intention Setting - Begins in a sacred, comfortable space where the client can fully relax and connect with their intentions for the session. Involves lighting candles, using essential oils and playing soothing music. Client sets intentions for emotional healing, physical well-being, or spiritual alignment. The Steam Experience - The client is seated over a warm pot of herbal-infused steam, allowing the healing properties of the herbs to gently permeate the vaginal tissues. The heat and moisture open the pores, increasing circulation to the pelvic area and promoting detoxification. The duration of the steam typically lasts around 20-30 minutes. Elemental Integration - healing practices, such as visualizations or breathwork, to deepen the connection with the body and the elements: Earth, Grounding meditations, focusing on stability, fertility, and strength. Water, Breathwork that encourages emotional flow and purification, aligning with the water element’s cleansing nature. Fire, Warming affirmations to ignite inner vitality and passion. Air, Breathing exercises or sound therapy that promote clarity, release, and spiritual attunement. Post-Steam Reflection - reflect on the experience; Journaling, light stretching, or meditation to help integrate the healing energy of the herbs and elements. Holistic Recommendations - Offering holistic wellness to support continued balance; dietary tips, hydration advice and additional self-care practices that correspond to their unique needs.
